HomeGround Services aims to end homelessness within Melbourne through housing and support, as well as community advocacy.
The HomeGround Services Annual Art Exhibition enables people who have experienced, or are experiencing, homelessness, with the opportunity to express themselves through art. The exhibition also raises discussion on the causes of homelessness and the extent of housing vulnerability within Melbourne.

This year’s art exhibition features 37 artists and incorporates a diverse range of styles. Common elements include the themes of belonging and homelessness, with the artists conveying their challenges and aspirations.
This afternoon we enjoyed a late lunch at Ethos Cafe and had the opportunity to view the exhibition. The Changing Face of Homelessness is well worth a visit!
The exhibition is accompanied with a silent auction with all proceeds being provided to the artist. The Changing Face of Homelessness is at Ethos Cafe located at 307 Brunswick Street Fitzroy from November 8 – 28.
