Today’s RotaryChat continued last week’s theme of new generations by considering the leadership roles that can developed for younger Rotarians.

Leadership and the ability develop skills through service in Rotary is one of the strengths of the organisation.  Each Club is involved in its local community and yet has global links that can provide support for projects.
