Alex is the Managing Director and Principal Founder of Syneka Marketing. Alex has worked in a variety of corporate and not-for-profit organisations, utilising his marketing expertise to develop effective marketing strategies that increase revenue and business growth.

Alex has also served on several boards of management including Eastern Volunteers, North Ringwood Community House and the Public Transport Users Association (PTUA). Alex was elected onto Maroondah City Council in November 2005 and was subsequently re-elected in 2008. In addition, Alex served as Mayor during the 2009-2010 Council Year focusing on financial stability, environmental efficiency, transport advocacy and governance reforms.

Alex is available to speak at conferences, workshops and to facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Alex is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute, the Marketing Association of Australia and New Zealand, the Rotary Club of Ringwood and Maroondah Business Association.

Natalia is Syneka Marketing’s Creative Director. Natalia has worked extensively on the creative direction of Syneka Marketing and its clients. She has worked in both corporate and not-for-profit environments, including The Oaktree Foundation and the Golden Key Society.

In her role at Syneka Marketing, Natalia shares her creative expertise by ensuring that our clients enjoy effective marketing solutions with maximum impact.

Keat has worked for iconic and global market leaders such as NIKE and Hewlett-Packard.

Keat Chiew

Keat’s background is in marketing management. In a career spanning more than 15 years, he has worked for iconic and global market leaders such as NIKE and Hewlett-Packard, undertaking a variety of marketing leadership roles in product management, channel management, brand management and marketing strategy integration into business.

Keat has also been involved in helping business start-ups succeed; notably starting the distributorship for Oakley in Singapore and Malaysia from scratch, paving its way to a successful multi-million dollar business it is today. He also provided the leadership in starting Compaq Computer’s handheld device business in Asia Pacific, growing its revenue base from US$4m to over US$60m in its first 4 years.

Keat graduated from the National University of Singapore with majors in Economics and Political Science. He is also a Certified Practising Marketer with the Australia Marketing Institute.

Kevin has worked with some of Australia’s top Associations, Clubs and other non-profit Organisations including CPA Australia, Financial Planning Association of Australia, Kindergarten Parents Victoria, Deakin University and Zoo’s Victoria.
